Hypsos & coronavirus measures

Now that we are all following the Dutch Health guidelines from the RIVM to prevent the spread of the coronavirus as much as possible, we realize even more how vital live communication is in our lives.

On the one hand, we get more time for our individual situation, take care of our children, and enjoying this special moment, the extra time that you are suddenly allowed to spend together.

On the other hand, there are concerns about how the economy will continue to run and how your company can remain in business. And that means that we have to change in the short term. Knowledge transfer is only possible if there is face-to-face contact, but now we have to adapt and prepare to remain in touch with our customers in an alternative way.

We empathize with those affected by the coronavirus and deeply respect all those involved in vital occupational groups. Let’s keep looking after each other and do everything we can to get the coronavirus under control.

In the meantime, at Hypsos, we would also like to share our customers’ concerns and support them where possible with creative input. Of course, where contact takes place digitally.

Practical: As for Hypsos, we stay open.

We follow the guidelines of the RIVM and have organized it internally in such a way that we have ensured a good spread of office/home working:

• People who show symptoms of illness stay at home to protect themselves and their colleagues.
• Sales can be reached by telephone or via email or Skype.
• Production capacity is explained based on the expected amount of work in the coming week. The occupation is previewed and planned daily.
• People who are not needed in production due to a lack of work are at home preventively but remain immediately available.
• Through rotation schedules, the production employees alternate, and we ensure that all machines are sufficiently occupied to be able to execute (your) orders.

As soon as we have to make changes to our services as a result of further measures related to the Corona virus, we will inform you via our website and by email.
