Interior fit-out for the 5-storey office building in Rijswijk for the Dutch Lottery.
By contracting the different lottery products in the Netherlands, The Dutch Lottery had a need to bring the employees, who were previously housed at 2 locations, together in one building. The choice was made for premises in Rijswijk, where previously only the Lotto had its office. To the designs of Claessens-Erdmann, a thorough renovation of the building has been carried out so that it now offers ample space to the employees who come from different product groups.
Hypsos has furnished all 5 floors here, from floor to wall, with tiles and carpet, system walls, lighting, graphics, style elements and desks, tables and other smaller furniture needed.
A powerful statemen
Behind the reception desk, an impressive LED wall has been designed, produced and placed, displaying all product names of the Dutch Lottery.
Immediately next door is a “winners’ podium” where three large 75 ”monitor screens demand attention. A smaller translation of this with 53 ”monitors can be found on each floor in the building immediately after leaving the elevator. All these screens play videos and photos that are programmed by the communication department of the Dutch Lottery after they have followed a short training course at Hypsos.
Stay safe – Hypsos has now adapted the office to 1.5 meters regulations. Want to know more?
