Hypsos assisted the Tempo Team with a rebranding rollout, which involved the merging of two Dutch employment agencies. Tempo-Team acquired 77 Vedior agencies, which were then rebranded as Tempo-Team.

Tempo-Team had high demands for the rebranding of the branches: each location had to be ready within a couple of hours, had to remain open to the public and no service disruptions were allowed.  Extensive experience and empathy were a requirement for our team: diplomacy had to happen with regard to the sentiments of the staff.

The make-over included new façade logos, customised shop windows, colour setting of the location, posters, internal decoration of the building, new business cards and notepads for staff.  Starting with advance contact with branches for the planning to the environmentally sound disposal of the old materials, Hypsos took care of all aspects of the transition.
