King Faisal
In 2023 the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) hosted the “FAISAL: A Life at the Heart of the 20th Century” exhibition at Ségur Hall of the UNESCO headquarters in Paris. The exhibition celebrated the 100th anniversary of King Faisal's historic visit to Europe in 1919.
The exhibition unfolds across seven captivating chapters; starting at the beginning of King Faisal’s life and ending at the enduring positive outcomes of King Faisal's historic European expedition. Once you experience the exhibition you explore the prince his life, character and impact on the Saudi Arabia, and even the rest of the world.
The exhibition showcases a curated assortment of King Faisal's personal effects, including manuscripts, telegrams, letters, paintings, maps, and photographs documenting his journey a century ago. Additionally, it features a collection of press articles and images capturing the media coverage of his remarkable voyage.

Barker Langham was commissioned by the King Faisal Center to develop the exhibition concept, content, design and implementation. They asked Hypsos to take care of the Develop Design, Technical Design, Installation and Build at the second location of the exhibition, in Paris.
