Our job
Hypsos partnered with RAA. Ralph Appelbaum Associates (RAA) is the leading and largest design agency for museum exhibitions. Hypsos collaborated with RAA on the development and production of the installation for the Abdullah Gül Museum. While RAA designed the exhibition, our specialized team was an essential part of the process to ensure that the artistic aspects and technical features of the project could be realized within the unique factory space.

The Abdullah Gül Presidential Museum and Library is housed in the former Sümerbank Textile Factory in Kayseri, a 1930s industrial landmark transformed into a contemporary museum and library.
Hypsos was chosen to bring this exhibition to life thanks to our commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, innovative methods, professionalism, and our detailed project management process. Across three floors and eight thematic areas, the exhibition combines generous volumes, high ceilings, warm architectural lighting and a carefully balanced industrial edge. Tall thematic columns give the history a strong physical presence, while glass, metal mesh, concrete, bespoke showcases and integrated media create a refined, spacious look and feel.
Hypsos worked with Ralph Appelbaum Associates on design development and production, translating the exhibition concept into a precise museum fit-out. Our team produced and installed the displays, built 1:1 mock-ups, developed bespoke climate-controlled cases and integrated AV, interactives, graphics and signage. The result is a high-end cultural environment where craftsmanship, heritage and visitor flow come together.
