Visitors journey through Carlsberg’s past, present and future inside the original Copenhagen brewery. Historic machinery, artefacts, immersive media and interactive installations reveal the people, science and restless curiosity behind the brand.

Our job
Hypsos translated Event’s design into a detailed technical solution and delivered the full exhibition fit-out. The scope included production and installation of furniture, displays and exhibits, plus coordination of AV, software and graphics suppliers.
A historic brewery, rebuilt as a living brand experience.
How do you turn 175 years of brewing history into an experience that still feels alive?
At the original Carlsberg brewery in Copenhagen, heritage is not kept behind glass. It surrounds you.
Visitors move through historic production spaces where original machinery, archive objects and architectural traces meet immersive media, interactive games and dramatic storytelling. Brass details frame the past. Black steel, light and digital installations carry the story into the present.
Designed by Event and realised by Hypsos, the Home of Carlsberg brings together brewing, science, family, culture and curiosity in one carefully choreographed journey.
Hypsos translated the creative concept into detailed technical solutions, produced and installed the furniture, showcases and exhibition elements, and coordinated the AV, software and graphics workflows.
