Hypsos realised the temporary QFZ brand environment for the Monaco Yacht Show 2025.
QFZ: Bringing Marsa to Monaco
At the Monaco Yacht Show 2025, Qatar Free Zones Authority introduced Marsa to an international audience of yacht owners, shipyards and maritime specialists. Located in the Umm Alhoul Free Zone, Marsa is being developed as a Gulf hub for superyachts, marine services and related investment.
The temporary brand environment translated that ambition into a calm, hospitality-led setting. A light sculptural façade was shaped by layered wave forms and two large arched entrances. Soft sand tones and subtle lavender details gave the exterior a light, coastal character, while the white QFZ identity remained precise and understated.
Inside, warm timber, neutral upholstery and panoramic maritime imagery created a more intimate atmosphere for meetings. Rounded furniture, plants and carefully styled tables softened the business setting. Outside terraces extended the conversation into the marina environment.
Hypsos realised a welcoming space where brand presence, hospitality and business dialogue came together, positioning Marsa as a future-facing destination within the global superyacht landscape.
